Gandhi Jayanti Celebration

Christ School celebrated Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October 2024 with great zeal, enthusiasm and patriotism. Saanvi Nayak of class 7 mastered the program. Vijeth A. Shetty of class 7 welcomed the gathering.

The Sarvadharma prayer led by SCOUT/GUIDE,CUBS/BULBULS TEAM , provided a moment to connect with self and seek inspiration from the guiding light of Mahatma Gandhi. The Chief Guest Miss. Ashley Dsouza along with Principal Eliza Vas and staff lighted the diyas. Yajath D. and Rishika of class 7 spoke about the great leaders Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri.

A special dance dedicated to the ideals of peace and harmony promoted by Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri was performed by Guides team. Chief Guest’s message motivated the students to follow the footsteps of these great personalities in every walk of life. Principal also spoke about the ideals of these great personalities and motivated them to participate in the cleanliness drive in the school campus.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Riddhi of class 7. Thereafter cubs/bulbuls, scout/guides along with other students cleaned the classrooms and school campus.
