Kindergarten Rainbow Day celebration
Rainbow Day was celebrated at Christ School with great excitement and joy in our kindergarten on Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025. The day was full of colours, smiles, and creativity. All the children came dressed in bright and colourful clothes, each one representing a colour of the rainbow — red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
The classrooms were beautifully decorated with rainbow cut-outs, balloons, and colourful streamers. Teachers organized fun activities such as rainbow colouring, paper craft, and singing rhymes related to colours. The children enjoyed listening to the story of how rainbows are formed and even tried to draw their own rainbows.
A special highlight of the day was the “Rainbow Parade”, where the students walked around the school with colourful props and flags. They looked adorable and were very excited to show off their colours.
The aim of the celebration was to help children learn about colours in a fun and interactive way. It also encouraged creativity, teamwork, and joy among the little ones.
Overall, Rainbow Day was a delightful experience for everyone. It brought colour and happiness into our hearts and reminded us of the beauty that comes when all colours come together in harmony.
